Obama seeking the Jewish vote says that Jerusalem should not be divided as part of a "peace pact" saying it would be "too difficult to execute". After Palestinian outrage he told CNN "Obviously it's going to be up to the parties to negotiate a range of these issues. And Jerusalem will be part of those negotiations." OK. Firm stance. You are an OAK Obama.

Since it is obviously ours to give away, I say we kick everyone out and close it. The Israelis and Palestinians obviously aren't mature enough to have Jerusalem, and this will teach them a lesson. Actually, I say we let them fight for it and rather than taking a side we will moderate and make sure none of the other morons in the region like Iran and Syria get involved. Winner takes all, losers don't return.

Wait, that won't work since apparently Israel wants to attack Iran this summer. How will they fight both battles? Oh ya, drag us into it...I forgot the Middle East strategy for US allies.

Seriously though, this isn't an issue I have a strong opinion on so any overwhelming evidence one way or the other is likely to sway my opinion. I figure the joke plans I make are about as good as the joke plans they have been making. ;-)

Hey DB, great comment! The Israeli's would kick some booty as we have given them the fire power, and they have an economic system unlike the Palestinians who just belly-ache instead of making a country...and of course we give them money...appeasing both sides doesn't work though Israel would be the side the US would support in a war. Obama needs the jew vote and he also needs the liberal vote so he does the 2 step to satisfy both sides. I think you had some good snark...from the sounds of it Obama thinks we should have attacked Iran ouselves instead of Iraq so we may be attacking as well. tough talking liar. guess I'll have to post something on it. :)N
