Give me a break...It is time for a revolution, all of this crying these people are upset that they are no longer going to have the ability to get richer and leave the normal hard working American people struggling to make it. What about the families that have worked the butts off to obtain the American dream only to loose it because of these so called Lobbyists? Tell me this have they lost their homes? Are they out in the street? NO! If they did not take GOD out of everything maybe they would not be in the situation that they are in NOW. At least for myself I thank GOD for what I have and Pray for those whom have lost what they had. It is about time that the decisions are left up to the People and not the Politicians who DID NOT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ABOUT OUR NEEDS BEFORE THIS MESS GOT OUT OF CONTROL. STOP BEING GREEDY!!! GREED IS OF THE DEVIL!!! Our country is becoming just as bad as the Third World countries and if change doesn't happen soon we will be a Third World Country. What then? I say to the Lobbyist take your money and be happy, let others live their lives with out struggle. Go Obama Go!!! GOD RULES!!

Anonymous, "Go Obama Go" and "God Rules" does NOT belong in the same sentence. I can not fathom your reasoning behind this. Are you honestly supporting a man who approves abortion of any type at any time...then turn around and try to expound your "Christian faith"? If so, I feel sorry for you.

Anon . . . if you had a sophisticated understanding of a capitalist system, then you would understand accumulated earned wealth is not an evil that warrants purging. Wealthy people can be honest to a fault. One of these is David Oreck, a man who makes vacuum cleaners and other appliances. When Katrina ripped New Orleans, disrupting industry, Mr. Oreck continued to pay his employees; he provided them with temporary shelters; he brought in doctors and nurses to see to their needs. Remember too that wealthy people very often earned that wealth by taking significant risks; their reward is profit . . . they could just as easily have lost every single dime. Who would hire people, provide them with income, were it not for a class of wealthy Americans? I would therefore advise you: be careful what you ask for.

Which group presents us with the greatest danger, lobbyists, or corrupt politicians? Who creates the greatest sin, prostitutes, or the people who hire them? What wealth does government create? What right does government have to interfere in “free markets?” If you suggest that Obama’s ideas about government control over the means of production are (a) constitutional, (b) consistent with American values, or (c) socially just, then you are poorly educated, a communist, or a complete moron. Although, I suppose all three could be true. If you can support trans-nationalism, then you also accept the idea that Shar’ia code is an acceptable body of law in America, you agree that European legislative bodies can censure American judges. You support the idea that a husband or father can beat or murder his wife and children. All of this is part of Obama’s plan for America. It is godless in Marxist design, and it is un-American in application. If you support these things, you need to move to a communist or socialist country; you’ll be much happier there.

Here's an idea for the Congresscritters: How about a No Lobbyist pledge? In other words, promise not to meet with lobbyists unless they're part of a townhall meeting back in the district. Shut the bastards out. Some of the worst legislation, and most of the tax code, is the result of smooth-talking lobbyists.
