- Nikki Richards
- I was born in Seattle Washington and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. I attended the University of Utah and BYU Jerusalem in 1987. I served a mission for my Church in 1988 in AZ. I have been married for 17 years and have 1 child. Right now I spend my time blogging of course, taking care of things in the home, which I love, not because I am suppose to but because I really do!! I love being at home. I am a home body. I like real people and I try to be real and not live in a bubble. I have a potty mouth. so sorry but bad habits are hard to break. I like to have fun but have a serious side too so I have 2 blogs to satisfy both personalities.....check out my blog!! You don't have to agree with me to be my friend. Amen to your post Nikki.
Today, is a day to celebrate all generations of veterans and their families.
It's an opportunity to honor our parents, grandfathers and grandmothers, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, and battle buddies, as our American family recognizes those who put their lives at risk and, in many instances, suffered life-changing injuries for our freedoms and our way of life.
If you have enjoyed and experienced the freedom that we have here in American and you want to keep it that way then stand up for America and don't submit to those who do not.

I'm getting sicker and sicker by the day. The president and the liberals and the media have all become our enemies... The enemy has not defeated us in battle. They can't. But the Ft. Hood assassinations show that we've already surrendered. There's no sense putting our troops in harm's way in the field if we won't protect them in Texas. So what the hell are we doing in Afghanistan if our own President won't support our troops!
Maybe it's time to bring them home and the hell with Afghanistan, and the hell with all the rest of the. Lets not put our troops out there in harms way without support. We have already seen that Obama is a coward and a traitor. Sorry to say it but America must now brace itself for many, many more defeats to come.
They deserve more than what they receive.
